Arms Control and Treaty Management
Toeroek provides Arms Control and Treaty Management support to the Air Force, Navy, Office of the Deputy Assistant Secretary of Defense for Threat Reduction and Arms Control (ODASD(TRAC)), and the Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA).
Our staff provide professional services (Advisory & Assistance Services) through expertise, research and analyze emerging treaty issues. This includes position papers and briefings, evaluate treaty compliance and coordination across multiple agencies, support Chemical Weapons Convention (CWC) exercises and inspections, support nuclear stockpile management, and provide staff support for high-level nonproliferation requirements.
- Expertise in Chemical, Biological, Radiological, Nuclear (CBRN) / Weapons of Mass Destruction (WMD) arms control, treaty compliance, policy, and related training
- Expertise in Chemical Weapons Convention (CWC)
- Planning, managing and implementation of classified IT support, computer-based training design and management, WMD atmospheric modeling and computer programming
- Geographic Information System (GIS) / ArcGIS use and programing expertise
- Expertise in nuclear weapons stockpile management Defense Integration and Management of Nuclear Data Services (DIAMONDS)
- Nuclear weapons history research and documentation declassification
